WhatsApp form: ask questions before the chat opens
People who message you with no context cost you time. A form page asks a few short questions before WhatsApp opens, and puts the answers into the message the customer sends. You get a chat that already says who they are and what they want.
Form answers are not stored unless you turn saving on. If you do, they are kept encrypted so you can read them in a table and export a spreadsheet.
