WhatsApp order link, with a message template

Many small shops already take orders in chat. The problem is the first message: customers write “hi”, then you ask what they want, how many and where to deliver. An order link opens the chat with those questions already built into the message.

Whatslynk makes the link and a QR code for it. It does not show a cart, prices or payments: the customer sends the order in the chat, and you confirm it there.

Start from this template

Add your number and the message below is already written for you. Change any words you like, then create your link and QR code.

Opens a WhatsApp chat with your number or username, with an optional ready-made message.

A short note works best. Very long messages can make the link hard to open. Personalised messages with variables like {{name}} are a Premium feature.

What to know

  • Orders arrive with the details

Items, quantity and delivery or pickup are in the first message, not three messages later.

  • A QR code for the menu or box

Print it on menus, packaging, receipts and delivery bags, so repeat orders are one scan away.

  • A form for items and address (Premium)

A form page can ask for the items, the quantity and the address, then write the answers into the message.

  • See which place brings orders

Use a different link on the menu, the bag and your bio, and compare their clicks in the analytics (Premium).
