WhatsApp link routing by country and time

One number does not fit everyone. Smart routing lets one link send visitors to the right WhatsApp number: your India team for visitors in India, your UK team for the UK, your sales number in office hours and the support number at night.

You can also share visitors between several numbers, so busy teams are not stuck with one overloaded phone.

What you get

  • By country

    Send visitors from chosen countries to a number that speaks their language or serves their market.

  • By time of day

    Set days and hours in any time zone, such as weekdays 9 to 18, and route to another number outside them.

  • Rotate between numbers

    Give each number a weight so visitors are shared between them in the proportion you choose.

  • Rules in order

    Up to 10 rules, each with up to 10 numbers. The first rule that matches wins, and if none match the link's own number is used.

  • One link and QR code

    Print one code and change the routing behind it whenever your team changes.

    Add a rule.

    Pick countries, days and hours, or both.

    Add the numbers

    Add one or several numbers, with weights if you want to share visitors.

    Order the rules

    Put the most specific rules first and keep the link's own number as the fallback.
