WhatsApp appointment link, with a message template

Clients who want an appointment do not want to search for your number or wonder what to write. A WhatsApp appointment link opens a chat with you and a message already typed in, so the request reaches you with the details you need.

Whatslynk makes the link and a printable QR code for it. The link asks for an appointment, and you confirm the time in the chat. It does not show free slots or send reminders: you stay in control of your calendar.

Start from this template

Add your number and the message below is already written for you. Change any words you like, then create your link and QR code.

Opens a WhatsApp chat with your number or username, with an optional ready-made message.

A short note works best. Very long messages can make the link hard to open. Personalised messages with variables like {{name}} are a Premium feature.

What to know

  • One tap to ask

The chat opens with your message ready. The client only has to fill in the gaps and send.

  • A message that gets what you need

Ask for a name, a service and a good day in the first message, so you do not spend the chat asking.

  • A form for the date and time (Premium)

A form page can ask for the service, a date and a time before the chat opens, and write the answers into the message.

  • A QR code for reception

Print the code for the desk, the door or a business card, so walk-in clients can ask in one scan.
