Delete your Whatslynk account

1. Open the Whatslynk app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

1. Sign in at whatslynk.com with the account you want to delete.
2. Open the Dashboard, then Account.
3. In the Delete account box at the bottom, choose Delete my account and data and confirm.

Deleting needs a signed-in account so that nobody else can delete yours. That is why this page only explains the steps.

If you lost access to your account, write to support@enhancify.in from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my Whatslynk account. We will check that the request is yours and delete the account, normally within 30 days.

If you only used the app as a guest, nothing identifies you: guest links are tied to an anonymous ID, not to your name or email. You can delete each link yourself from the app or the website. Guest links that nobody has clicked for a year are deleted automatically. To have everything removed sooner, email us at the address above.

• Your account, including your sign-in details and email address.
• Every link you created, and the phone numbers and messages saved in them.
• Landing pages, forms and the responses collected through them.
• Click analytics for your links, and any logo you uploaded.

Deleted links stop working, including printed QR codes, and their short codes are never given to anyone else. Deleting cannot be undone.

• Payment records. If you bought a plan, the payment provider (Paddle on the website, Google Play in the app) keeps invoices and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We never hold your card details.
• Subscriptions bought in the app. Deleting your account cancels a plan bought on the website. A plan bought through Google Play must also be cancelled in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, otherwise Google keeps billing you. There is no refund for the rest of the paid period.
